What the ...is this?

I know, it is difficult to see, but this animal is called a Manatee and Blue Springs Park is famous, because these animals come there from November till March. They are quite large, seal like (but bigger) and their only threat is man. Jonatan wanted absolutely to put this picture on the site, so here it is.
