Marla was here and for those who don't know: she was an American exchange student living with tante Frieda and Nonke Bert in Belgium the same year I was an exchange student here in Iceland. We had heard many stories about each other, but never actually met, so it was great to finally get together. This picture is of Marla in Krýsuvík, and although it was cold, it was a picture perfect day. I certainly hope we get a chance to get together again!
